Property Tax Notices have been mailed and are arriving in mailboxes. Please email or call us if you haven't received yours by Friday, June 10, 2022.

The 2022-2026 Financial Plan has received Council approval. Property tax notices will be mailed out before the end of May.
Please watch your mail for the notice, and contact the property tax department at 604-947-4255 ext 0 if not received by June 10th.
Property tax payments, home owner grant applications and property tax deferrals must be received before 4:30pm on Monday, July 4, 2022. Payments not received by this date will be subject to a 10% late payment penalty.
Do you claim a home owner grant?
Apply for your Home Owner Grant online or call 1-888-355-2700.
Do you defer your taxes?
Apply for or renew your tax deferral online or call 1-888-355-2700.
Payment may be made by cheque, cash or through telephone or on-line banking. Please do not use Interac e-transfer to pay property taxes, as it is not a secure method of payment. The municipality will not accept an Interac E-Transfer receipt as proof of payment.
If your mortgage company pays your taxes, please ensure that payment is received before 4:30pm on the due date, July 4, 2022. We're closed on July 1, 2022 for the statutory holiday.
