Notice is hereby given pursuant to Sec. 499 of the Local Government Act that Bowen Island Municipal Council will be considering an application for a Development Variance Permit.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
A Development Variance Permit application has been submitted for 1160 Ecclestone Rd (shown on map) to vary the lot line setback, adjacent public beach access setback, and public beach access provision so as to create a new statutory right-of-way agreement linked to the approval of a proposed private dock that will ensure long-term improved public access to the public beach along the shoreline of the lot.
