PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
A Development Variance Permit application has been submitted for 1195 Fairweather Road (shown on map) to increase the allowable lot coverage and reduce the required side lot line setback.
The proposed house is to replace a previous house destroyed in a fire. The applicant wishes to utilize the existing foundation to the greatest extent possible. Changes in the allowable lot coverage require a variance to rebuild with a similar footprint.
